　職場のパワハラに２年間耐え離職後、大うつエピソードで精神科受診。”双極性Ⅱ型”の診断を受け、半年間の自宅療養を経て復職したのが、二年前。軽躁→うつを繰り返し、7回の転職の末、うつ状態のため休職中。完解にむけて、じっくり取り組みたい＾－＾

１０時起床

寝れるだけねた。

朝、”シナモントーストが食べられる！”ことに喜び＾－＾

２０年くらい前？Jazz　Singerの方がさらっと歌ってたのに・・・

号泣してしまった覚えがある。

歌ってみると、めっちゃ音程がとりにくく、

三拍子のワルツ感はなかなかでないー。－”

軽やかになんて、歌えない。

あの方は・・・すごい人だったんだな～と今更。

今日も１０時間くらい、歌いました。
